Added support for Gravatars.

Now when user registers directly via registration form (not via Twitter/Facebook/OpenID), the default avatar will be set to a gravatar image.

A new section was added to !config.ini file. Administrator may disable gravatar support - instructions are in that section in !config.ini

I will test gravatar support on this site by creating a new account, just to see how it works.

Latest source is on github as usual.

If you are already using the installed program you must add the GRAVATAR section to your !config.ini - get the copy or GRAVATAR section from distribution's !config.ini.dist
