I had to edit the !config.ini to point to the mongodb server.
from:
[MONGO]
server = "mongodb://127.0.0.2:27017"
to:
[MONGO]
server = "mongodb://127.0.0.1:27017"

Error solved. My mongodb closed when I closed terminal.
