Tried to reply the proper way to an answer here, but it wouldn't let me comment on one of the answers to my questions.

This should really be a bug report.

Thanks. I'll look into that. Usually this has to do with account permissions. I'll check your account, maybe it really does not have permissions to comment. The real bug I see here is that non-admin users should not see the full details of the error, like the script backtrace. Normal user should only see the error and not the backtrace. I probably run this whole site in debug mode and that's why the full error is shown to everybody.

OK, I looked at your account and it belongs to 'registered' group, so it should have the comments permissions, so it has to be some type of bug. I'll investigate. Thanks for report
