Error: File not found: DOMDocument.php

I am really close (or at least I think I am) to finishing the installation of LampCMS but now I have this error and it seems like there is not much documentation about it. When I call index.php in the browser I get the following dump:
File not found: DOMDocument.php and then what seems like a really long array, what is going on? any ideas?

Here is a chunk of the output:

OK I solved this issue with: yum install php-xml looks like I was missing that library. I am now able to see the index.php page.
